Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Prior experience working on tax assignments (advisory, compliance, research, litigation support, or tax transformation)
• Experience in a Big 4 firm, CA firm, or professional tax environment
• Working exposure to tax documentation and tax workflows
• Strong understanding of tax processes, regulatory requirements, and controls Deep tax expertise is not required, but tax domain exposure is essential. ________________________________________ Experience Level
• Senior Analyst or Senior: 2–7 years Experience may combine:
• Tax assignments + business analyst / functional roles
• Tax technology / digital / automation initiatives
• AI enabled or workflow based solutions within tax teams ________________________________________ Qualifications
• CA / Semi qualified CA – Preferred, not mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Technology, or related field ________________________________________ Skills Required Core
• Working understanding of tax concepts, documents, and processes
• Strong analytical / business analyst mindset
• Ability to structure requirements, workflows, and problem statements
• High attention to accuracy and professional defensibility
• Clear written and verbal communication AI & Technology Awareness
• Exposure to Generative AI / AI based tools (usage, limitations, risks)
• Ability to review AI outputs for quality and reliability
• Awareness of governance, review, and control expectations Tools
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
• Comfort working in document heavy environments
• Exposure to tax research tools, document analyzers, or workflow platforms is a plus

• 2-4 yrs of CA post articleship experience
