Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading innovative approaches within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence and elevate the quality of engagements. This role requires active collaboration with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology-driven business solutions. The position demands a proactive mindset to introduce emerging concepts that align with both organizational and client strategies. Daily activities include fostering trusted advisor relationships, facilitating strategic discussions, and ensuring that delivery outcomes reflect best practices and forward-thinking methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical, SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to SAP Successfactors.
- Ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot complex integration scenarios.
- Experience in managing end-to-end integration lifecycle including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with API management and development to support scalable and secure integrations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
