Compliance Reporting - Assistant Manager

The candidate will support cybersecurity reporting, executive communications, and data-driven insights to enable informed risk and business decisions. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across security, risk, compliance, and business teams.
Educational Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, cybersecurity, risk, or related functions.
•Strong knowledge of executive reporting, metrics, and data visualization.
•Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
•Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
•Ability to simplify complex technical information for executive audiences.
•Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
•Team player with the ability to mentor, influence, and work effectively across global teams.
•Experience with Power BI, Excel, and presentation tools preferred.
•Lean/Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

The Ideal Candidate Will
•Develop and deliver monthly operational security reports and dashboards.
•Prepare quarterly executive-level cybersecurity and risk reports.
•Define, track, and analyze KPIs/KRIs against established targets.
•Support internal audits, regulatory inquiries, and compliance reporting activities.
•Apply Lean methodologies to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency.
•Leverage data analytics to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights.
•Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to enhance reporting and automation (preferred).
•Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and impactful reporting.
