Project Role : Business Capability Architect
Project Role Description : Define and build a capability that does not currently exist. Develop industry position papers on the capability and help define a practice from incubation to growth stages. Participate in business development activities and act as a subject matter expert for the technical and functional design of the capability, which can be leveraged or implemented at multiple clients.

Summary:
In the role of Business Capability Architect, a typical day involves defining and constructing new capabilities that are not yet established within the organization. This includes developing comprehensive industry position papers that articulate the value and strategic importance of these capabilities. The role requires active involvement in nurturing the capability from its initial incubation phase through to its growth and maturity. Additionally, the position entails engaging in business development efforts and providing expert guidance on both technical and functional aspects of the capability, ensuring it can be effectively utilized or implemented across various client environments. Collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders to align the capability with broader business objectives is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of the capability with organizational goals.
- Support the continuous improvement and refinement of the capability based on feedback and evolving business needs.
- Assist junior team members in understanding the capability and its applications to foster knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
- Strong knowledge of retail business processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable business capabilities within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and standards related to retail technology solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
