Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards through effective team management and communication.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern programming frameworks.
- Familiarity with integration of custom solutions within complex system architectures.
- Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-oriented solutions.
