Job Purpose: Lead Projects - Electrical will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects within data centres. This role involves leading electrical teams, ensuring system integration, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Project Management:

Direct and manage the planning of 220 KV substations, coordination, and execution of electrical projects. Ensure alignment with project goals and effective delivery of electrical systems.

Budget Management:

Develop, manage, and track project budgets to ensure financial efficiency and adherence to allocated resources. Identify and address budgetary issues as they arise.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project plans. Facilitate coordination and alignment across departments.

System Oversight:

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment. Ensure systems operate effectively and meet quality and performance standards.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all projects comply with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance.

Site Inspections:

Perform site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Address and resolve any challenges promptly.

Technical Expertise:

Provide expert technical support for complex electrical issues. Offer solutions and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Strategic Contribution:

Participate in project meetings to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making. Communicate updates and concerns to stakeholders effectively.

Documentation Management:

Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of project documentation, including technical drawings and reports.

Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements. Implement best practices to enhance project execution and efficiency.

Brand Positioning:

Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)

Work Experience:

12-15 years of experience in the Data Centres industry or infrastructure projects
