As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire implementation process, from initial client engagement to final delivery. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through the adoption of our Transaction Banking solutions, ensuring a seamless and successful transition. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and support, to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.

• Lead and manage the implementation of Transaction Banking solutions, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless implementation process, including product development, sales, and support.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide recommendations for optimal Transaction Banking solutions.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of Transaction Banking platforms to align with client requirements.
• Manage and prioritize implementation projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely completion.
• Conduct regular progress reviews with clients, addressing any concerns or challenges promptly.
• Provide training and support to clients post-implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our implementation processes.
• Contribute to the development of implementation strategies and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a strong preference for a Master's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successful project management and implementation, with a focus on Transaction Banking solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Familiarity with Transaction Banking platforms and technologies is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative approach to work.
