Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to meet evolving needs and performance standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and update documentation to support software development and deployment processes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within enterprise environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- This position is based at NGDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
