Relationship Manager - MF

Sales and Target Achievement
    • Loan Sourcing: Meet monthly and quarterly targets for home loan disbursals and volume.
    • New Acquisition: Find new individual borrowers and build a strong client pipeline.
    • Cross-Selling: Offer related financial products like insurance or credit cards. [1, 2]

Channel and Partner Management
    • Builder Relations: Meet builders, real estate agents, and developers to get steady referrals.
    • DSA Network: Manage and support Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to drive volume.
    • Market Presence: Attend property expos and local networking events. [1, 2]

Process and File Quality
    • Initial Screening: Check client income, eligibility, and CIBIL score before filing.
    • Documentation: Collect accurate KYC, property papers, and financial proofs.
    • File Login & Coordination: Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for fast processing and disbursal. [1, 2, 3]

Customer Service
    • Client Support: Guide customers through the loan process from application to final payout.
    • Retention: Keep good contact with borrowers for future references. [1]
