Job Description

Role: Software / Sr.Software Engineer – SalesForce Developer

Location: Bangalore

Who are we looking for?

Looking for SFDC System Developer: 3 to 8 years IT industry total experience, specifically in Salesforce.com development (coding) and implementation. Any prior experience with other technologies like Java would be a plus.

Looking for engineers in the 4 to 6 year experience category.

You should also be committed to developing skills to provide up-to-date solutions. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Knowledge and Skills:

Technical Skills

• Candidate should have Mandatory (3+ years) strong customization and configuration experience in the following areas:
  • Experience in developing custom Lightning components in LWC. LWC is highly preferred. If not then working exposure to Aura components is acceptable.
  • Apex, API’s, Triggers
  • Asynchronous processes, Scheduled and Batch Apex
  • Integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST)
  • Implementation knowledge of workflow rules, validation rule, approval process etc
  • Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and SOSL
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Data loader
• Service Cloud implementation Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.
• Experience collaborating with distributed global team will be added advantage.
• Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels
• Should have worked in Agile setup. Exposure to SAFe framework is desirable.

Nice to Have:

• Working experience in community cloud is a plus
• Knowledge of Continuous Delivery and Integration CD/CI, test automation frameworks would be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 3 to 8 years of experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

Process Skills:

• Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
• Awareness of Agile methodologies, experience of having worked in Agile projects and usage of tools like Agile manager (AGM)
• Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Behavioral Skills:

• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Certification:

• Salesforce Certifications PD1,2, etc.
