SBI Card was launched in 1998 with the State Bank of India, India's largest bank, as the majority stakeholder. In March 2020, SBI Card was listed on BSE and NSE. Its wide array of products and services caters to a diverse range of customer segments across India, right from new-to-credit to super premium.

Role Purpose

Successful delivery of Project and Programs and complete adherence of PPRC framework with Regulatory standpoint.

Role Accountability

Involved in driving Strategic Level initiatives, Process Improvement and efficiency through several strategic, cross functional, tactical level projects. Work towards establishing and maintaining delivery performance measurement system.

1. Program/Project Management Capabilities.

2. Design, Mobilization and execution of medium to large programs/projects

3. Manage and drive large no of Projects/Programs (10-12)

4. Drive PPRC in SBIC timely and regularly with 100% adherence to PPRC framework

5. Successfully drive and report progress on critical items like RBI Digital payment circular and Data security

6. Developing, Executing, Monitoring and maintaining the program/Project management plan, integrated master schedule with timely and regular report outs

7. Execution of governance and reporting on programs across project management dimensions

8. UAT tracking and reporting

9. Managing program communication, project discussions/meetings and outreach to program teams, Engaging with key stakeholders and subject matter experts 

10. Identifying and implementing appropriate project management tools, methods and templates required to drive projects and programs, contributing to building project proposals and RFPs

11. Mentor and Coach others in team on Project Management Skills, framework, methodology, tools and techniques. 

12. Maintain confidentiality and sensitive information successfully

1. Successful execution and completion of Programs and Project allocated. 

2. Committee compliance management

3. Adherence of Project management guidelines and implementation of project methodology, governance, monitoring and Tracking.

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications 

1. Experience and competency across project management knowledge areas including project planning, execution, governance, reporting, risk management etc. 

2. High on Interpersonal skills and effective/strong communication skills in both verbal and written. 

3. Strong Stakeholder management skills in order to manage, communicate, liaison effectively with stakeholders.

4. Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality of delivery

5. Willingness to work in high demanding and result orientated team environment
