Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI-driven features with business goals and operational standards is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in AI-native software development.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle with a focus on AI integration.
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven applications.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and maintaining AI components within software systems.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
