Training Lead - MFB - Ranchi - Satya Ganga Arcade

Main Accountabilities

1. Training Program Planning & Participation Management

• Plan and execute the training calendar in alignment with business capability requirements and stakeholder inputs.
• Drive end-to-end training participation including nominations, reminders, manager follow-ups, and attendance monitoring.
• Ensure timely escalation and follow-up with employees and managers to maintain required participation levels.
• Conduct structured Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to build internal trainer capability.

2. Training Governance, MIS & Compliance

• Maintain digital records of training attendance, feedback, reports, and program calendars in line with audit requirements.
• Ensure training trackers are updated regularly and audit observations are addressed within defined timelines.
• Monitor completion of mandatory compliance and functional learning modules across active employees.

3. Capability Development & Learning Delivery

• Deliver and coordinate functional and behavioural training programs across key capability areas such as customer communication, operational processes, digital tools, and managerial effectiveness.
• Ensure structured learning coverage for frontline employees based on grade, role requirements, and tenure.
• Conduct induction and refresher programs with appropriate learning assessments to measure knowledge improvement.

4. Training Content Development & Localization

• Support internal development of functional and technical training modules in collaboration with trainers and business stakeholders.
• Ensure training content is updated periodically and aligned with business processes and operational requirements.
• Coordinate conversion of training modules into regional languages within defined timelines to improve learning accessibility.

5. Business Engagement & Field Connect

• Engage with business stakeholders including RSMs, ZSMs, NSMs, and Business Heads to understand capability gaps and training needs.
• Conduct branch visits periodically to assess training effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Share branch visit insights and recommendations with business leadership.

6. Training Effectiveness & Business Impact

• Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and periodic knowledge checks.
• Monitor post-training impact on frontline performance indicators such as sales productivity, collections efficiency, operational accuracy, and audit outcomes.
• Work with business teams to drive measurable improvement in employee capability and operational performance.
