Senior Engineer

Mission

Technical Mission : 

• Responsible for Mechatronic electronic reliability simulation deliverables for automotive electronic modules (ECUs, Infotainment,ADAS,etc)

• Conduct thermo-mechanical stress analysis ,fatigue life predication, solder joint reliability assessment of PCBA, and vibration /shock analysis under automotive environmental conditions.

• Collaborate with design /hardware, validation and project team to provide actionable design for reliability recommendations.

• Support root cause analysis of field failures and propose corrective actions through simulation driven insights.

• Prepare and present technical reports, and reliability assessment summaries.

General Mission : 

• Interaction with other divisions (Requesters) worldwide to understand the functional requirements.

• Strong interpersonal competence and acting good team player.

• Guarantee the respect of best practice and standards, establish and capitalize new standards when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform the electronic reliability simulations.

• Solving the simulation convergence issues.

• Post processing and Results interpretation.

• Validate mechanical design and propose solutions to improve design modifications.

• Validation of simulation results by comparing with test results.

• Supporting methodology development and benchmarking simulation tools applications.

• Time planning, Tracking and updating the status of the customer.

• Document and share best practices.

• Successfully handle multiple priorities.
