Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and utilizing a variety of standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms. This position requires continuous alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with various stakeholders to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality is also a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless integration and deployment of application updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AI Agents and Workflow Integration.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their application in software solutions.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based software deployment and release management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at client onsite locations within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
