Requirements : 

 

Position Title: Senior Lead - ORA CPQ Java - Dev (SG23)

Experience: Overall 8+ years of experience in IT

 

 

Responsibilities:

A Senior Lead - Oracle CPQ Java Developer designs, configures, and customizes Oracle CPQ solutions, leading technical implementation while integrating with CRM/ERP systems using BML, Groovy, and Java. This role requires 4+ years of experience in Oracle CPQ, managing complex configuration rules, pricing workflows, and team mentoring to ensure scalable, high-performance CPQ environments.

 

Job duties/Responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

• Design & Development: Architect and implement end-to-end Oracle CPQ solutions, including configuration, commerce, and document engine changes.
• Technical Leadership: Lead development teams through the full software development life cycle (SDLC), providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
• Integration & Customization: Build and maintain integrations with Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, or other systems using BML, Java, JavaScript, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Solution Optimization: Analyze existing CPQ configurations for performance, stability, and scalability.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, document technical specifications, and manage client expectations

 

Required Technical Skills 

• Experience with Salesforce integration (CRM).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI customization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skill

 

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree with: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ (formerly BigMachines).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in BML (Business Markup Language), Groovy scripting, Java, and SQL.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes and order-to-cash workflows.
• Leadership: Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and leading agile teams.
