Amazon is seeking an experienced Product Manager, Technical to be part of the development of a new cross-border business platform. This role will be responsible for building an innovative platform that enables seamless international commerce, working at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and regulatory compliance. You will own & drive the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution (with technology teams),product adoption for this greenfield initiative that will redefine how businesses engage in cross-border trade on Amazon.

You should enjoy working in a start-up environment & will need to develop a deep understanding of cross-border trade, regulations, logistics, payments and seller/customer needs. You will have to align and coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams including Legal, Tax, Trade Compliance, Logistics, and Payments.

Key job responsibilities
•Product Strategy: Define and drive the product strategy for a new cross-border business platform from concept to launch. Drive both long-term vision and short-term execution plans to achieve business results.
•Roadmap Planning and Execution: Provide value-based prioritization of product development initiatives to ensure maximum ROI, Manage cross-functional processes for prioritizing, delivering, and launching major product releases
· Requirements Definition: Develop comprehensive product plans, Produce high quality requirements documents and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time and on budget. Writes user stories to communicate customer needs in an Agile development environment.
· Product Roll-out: Create and execute go-to-market plans for new features. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimisation opportunities. Partner with business and marketing teams to drive product adoption
•Cross-Functional Leadership and Alignment: Collaborate with technology & functional teams(biz, legal) teams to deliver scalable, world-class platform solutions. Influence without authority and earn trust across a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders

We are looking for a tenured Product leader who shares Amazon's passion for the customer—someone who understands the importance of compelling features and functionalities in driving great experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders while maintaining focus on delivering customer value and business impact

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
- 8+ years of successful technology products work from ideation through launch experience
- Good understanding of cross border trade, regulations and compliance requirements
