Area Sales Manager - LAP-Loan Against Property-Sales
- Responsible for managing sales operations related to Loan Against Property (LAP) products. - Oversee sales activities within the designated area (Panipat). - Drive business development and client acquisition for LAP loans. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closure of sales. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategize sales approaches. - Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new leads. - Ensure achievement of sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. - Requires strong sales acumen and understanding of financial products related to property loans. - Role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Involves working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate loan sales.Job role
