Relationship Manager - Retail

Core Sales Targets & Business Generation
    • Loan Dispersal Target: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly volume targets for home loan approvals and disbursals.
    • Lead Generation: Source high-potential prospects via cold calling, open market campaigns, and digital channels.
    • Portfolio Growth: Grow overall asset book value through new customer acquisition and up-selling/cross-selling insurance or financial products. [1, 2]

Channel Partner Management
    • Builder & Real Estate Ties: Build relationships with local builders, real estate agents, and brokers to secure steady referral streams.
    • Connector Network: Recruit, train, and manage active direct sales associates or financial connectors.
    • Market Presence: Conduct site visits at properties and participate in housing exhibitions or local marketing events. [1, 2, 3]

Loan Processing & File Quality
    • Initial Sourcing & Eligibility: Conduct basic financial profiling, income assessment, and credit check screening prior to file logging.
    • Documentation Compliance: Ensure total accuracy and completeness of collected customer KYC, property papers, and financial proofs.
    • Team Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with credit risk and technical/legal evaluation teams to speed up sanctioning and final cash disbursal. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Customer Service & Relationship Management
    • Client Guidance: Advise customers on loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms.
    • Post-Sale Support: Maintain communication through the loan lifecycle and resolve queries regarding account statements or disbursements.
    • Delinquency Control: Monitor early-stage repayment track records to support healthy portfolio quality
