We are currently seeking a Technical Analysis Senior Associate to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive L1.5 Engineer to provide Remote Desktop assistance for end-users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues. This role will work in close coordination with SCCM/Intune Administrators to support endpoint management, software deployments, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Remote Desktop Support

• Resolve user issues via remote tools and remote desktop sessions.
• Troubleshoot application, network, and configuration problems.
• Guide users through resolution steps and document fixes.

Collaboration with SCCM/Intune Teams

• Support SCCM/Intune-driven deployments (software, patches, OS updates).
• Validate successful installations and report failures to administrators.
• Assist in endpoint compliance checks and remediation activities.

Incident & Request Management

• Log and track incidents in ITSM tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.

User Experience & Communication

• Provide clear communication and status updates to end-users.
• Educate users on best practices for device usage and security.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in deskside and remote support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SCCM and Intune environments.
• Experience with remote support tools (e.g., RDP, TeamViewer).
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell) for troubleshooting.
• Understanding of patching and software deployment processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
