Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any emerging challenges.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues when necessary to maintain alignment with strategic goals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices to enhance service management processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address and resolve incidents.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and coordinate across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with service management frameworks and methodologies to support structured delivery.
- Competence in using relevant tools and technologies to track and report incident status and resolution.
