Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Commvault Backup Administration.
- Experience in managing backup and recovery operations to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Strong knowledge of storage management and disaster recovery planning.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex backup-related issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to optimize backup workflows and reduce manual intervention.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Commvault Backup Administration.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
