Branch Receivable Manager
- Collection & Recovery: Drive collection efficiency, hit monthly recovery goals, and monitor daily performance versus targets.
- Delinquency Management: Handle soft and hard bucket cases, track early stress accounts, and manage NPAs.
- Team Leadership: Guide branch collection executives, field agents, and external recovery partners.
- Legal Coordination: Follow up on payment bounce cases and execute legal instruments like Section 138 warrants.
- Asset/Repo Handling: Oversee vehicle repossession, release processes, and asset disposal.
