Relationship Manager - MLAP
- Sourcing & Acquisition: Generate new leads and acquire asset or loan clients through field work, local networking, and channel partners like DSAs or brokers.
- Portfolio & Relationship Management: Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and intermediaries, offering tailored financial and lending solutions.
- Credit & Legal Coordination: Conduct initial eligibility, financial, and property/legal document verifications; coordinate with underwriting teams for smooth file processing.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for loan disbursements, asset growth, and fee income.
- Compliance & Risk Control: Adhere to internal risk policies, regulatory KYC norms, and post-disbursement portfolio tracking.
