Roles and Responsibilities: •Roles and Responsibilities ? Excellent oral and written communication ? Ability to read and interpret Flood Insurance, Property Insurance, and other Mortgage documents ? Monitors insurance expirations to ensure receipt of evidence of renewal or replacement insurance coverage prior to expiration ? Ensure all timelines are met with accuracy as per agreed SLA ? Manage to perform both processor & Reviewer role based on the business demands ? Maintain a positive work environment by developing supportive relationships with the team members ? Primary interaction is within your team and your direct supervisor ? You will be given detailed instructions on all tasks that need to be carried out, and the decisions that you make will impact your work ? Should be willing to work in Night shift (US timings) whenever required.
