Position - Multi cuisine cook

We are seeking an experienced and organized Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. You will be responsible for standardizing recipes, maintaining high food quality, managing kitchen inventory, and ensuring fast, hygienic service during peak hours.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Kitchen Management: Supervise daily kitchen operations, prep work, and line cooking to ensure fast order turnaround.
• ​Quality & Consistency: Maintain strict taste, presentation, and portion control across all menu items.
• ​Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor daily stock levels, place ingredient orders, track wastage, and minimize food cost.
• ​Staff Leadership: Train, schedule, and mentor kitchen helpers, line cooks, and prep staff.
• ​Hygiene & Safety: Enforce food safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance standards according to health regulations.
• ​Menu Development: Periodically introduce new specials, refine existing recipes, and design seasonal offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1-5+ years of commercial kitchen experience (prior experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef preferred).

Strong background in high-volume cooking and multi-cuisine prep (e.g., Indian, Tandoor, Indo-Chinese, Fast Food/Street Food).

Proven ability to manage kitchen staff and handle rush-hour pressure efficiently.

Deep knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory control, and kitchen equipment.

Culinary diploma or relevant certification is a plus, but proven hands-on experience is prioritized.
