Job Description
- IT Manager – Hardware Job Responsibilitiesकंपनी के सभी computers, laptops, printers, servers और network devices की देखरेख करना।
- नए hardware की requirement identify, procurement और installation करवाना।
- Hardware की maintenance, troubleshooting और repair manage करना।
- सभी IT hardware का asset register/inventory maintain करना।
- Employees को laptop, desktop और अन्य IT equipment issue एवं return करवाना।
- Hardware खराब होने पर repair/replacement की timely व्यवस्था करना।
- Hardware vendors और AMC/service providers के साथ coordination करना।
- पुराने systems की upgradation और replacement planning करना।
- Hardware की configuration और deployment को company requirements के अनुसार manage करना।
- IT equipment की security और proper usage सुनिश्चित करना।
- Spare hardware और accessories जैसे RAM, SSD, keyboard, mouse, cables आदि का stock maintain करना।
- Obsolete/damaged hardware के disposal और documentation को manage करना।
