About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, responsible and people-oriented Tour Executive to join our team. The role involves managing school and group tours, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring that every tour is executed smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage school, student and group tours.
• Travel with groups as a Tour Executive / Tour Captain and oversee on-ground operations.
• Coordinate transportation, hotels, meals, sightseeing and other tour arrangements.
• Maintain regular communication with schools, teachers, students and vendors.
• Handle unexpected situations and resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Ensure the safety, comfort and overall experience of guests throughout the tour.
• Maintain tour schedules, checklists, documents and operational records.
• Coordinate with the office team before, during and after each tour.
• Collect feedback and ensure a high standard of service.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable travelling frequently, including overnight and multi-day tours.
• Ability to work flexible hours during tours.
• Responsible, confident and capable of handling groups.
• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply. Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or school tours will be an added advantage.
