Back Office Executive

·        Handle and maintain Home Loan application files and customer documents.

·        Collect, verify, organize, and maintain all required documents from customers.

·        Follow up with customers for pending or incomplete documents.

·        Coordinate with customers on a daily basis regarding file status and requirements.

·        Coordinate with bank representatives for file login, processing, queries, approvals, and disbursement.

·        Check bank queries raised on loan files and coordinate with customers to resolve queries within the required timeline.

·        Monitor each file from login to sanction and disbursement.

·        Identify incomplete files and take necessary action to convert them into complete and processable files.

·        Ensure that all required documents and information are submitted to the bank correctly.

·        Maintain proper records and regular updates of all active and pending files.

·        Follow up regularly with customers and bank teams to avoid delays in the loan process.

·        Ensure timely completion of documentation and other back-office formalities.

·        Provide regular updates to the senior team regarding file status, pending documents, bank queries, and expected timelines.

·        Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of customer and financial documents.
