Call Center Executive

Job Description:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients, clients, caregivers, and their families.

Respond to customer queries regarding home healthcare services, caregivers, nursing services, and service availability.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and solutions.

Coordinate with the Operations and Care Team for new service inquiries and ongoing patient requirements.

Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing clients to ensure service satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and customer feedback.

Escalate complaints or urgent patient-related issues to the concerned department/manager.

Coordinate caregiver/nursing staff requirements and communicate updates to clients.

Conduct follow-up calls for feedback, service continuation, and pending requirements.

Ensure professional, polite, and empathetic communication with every customer.

Achieve assigned daily/monthly call, follow-up, and inquiry-handling targets.

Prepare and submit daily call and follow-up reports to the reporting manager.

Key Skills:

Good communication skills, Hindi/Gujarati/English proficiency, customer handling, follow-up skills, basic computer knowledge, patience, and problem-solving ability.
