Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who understands modern digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media, and emerging AI-powered search optimization.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing digital marketing activities, creating and coordinating content, improving online visibility, and building the brand's presence across relevant digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and online presence.
• Manage PR activities and PR outreach to build brand authority and generate quality exposure.
• Research, write, coordinate, and publish blogs and content.
• Manage and maintain social media posts and content calendars.
• Create and manage guest posting opportunities on relevant and authoritative websites.
• Handle link-building activities, with a strong focus on quality and do-follow backlinks.
• Identify relevant websites, publications, communities, and platforms for brand promotion and outreach.
• Monitor SEO and digital marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Understand AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and optimize content for AI-powered search and answer engines.
• Stay updated with AI search, generative AI, and changing search behavior.
• Use AI tools effectively for content research, ideation, optimization, analysis, and marketing workflows.
• Conduct competitor and keyword research to identify new growth opportunities.
• Track marketing activities, backlinks, rankings, traffic, and other relevant performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams when required.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Good understanding of SEO and off-page SEO.
• Knowledge of PR, guest posting, outreach, and link building.
• Understanding of do-follow and no-follow backlinks and backlink quality.
• Good knowledge of content marketing and social media management.
• Understanding of AEO / AI Search Optimization is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools and generative AI for marketing and content workflows.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/WFH environment.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and meet deadlines.
