E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the online presence of Mocota Skincare across various e-commerce and digital platforms.

Handle Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other relevant e-commerce marketplaces.

Manage the complete marketplace onboarding process, including account setup, documentation and platform requirements.

Create and manage product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, specifications and keywords.

Regularly monitor and update product listings to improve visibility and sales.

Handle and respond to customer queries, reviews, messages and marketplace-related concerns professionally.

Coordinate and manage orders, returns, cancellations and other day-to-day marketplace activities.

Have a good understanding of e-commerce operations, marketplace policies and seller dashboards.

Monitor marketplace performance, sales, traffic and other important metrics and prepare basic reports.

Have knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, online promotions, paid campaigns and basic SEO.

Work closely with the team to develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic and online sales.

Identify new online platforms and opportunities where Mocota Skincare can expand its presence.

Keep track of competitors, market trends, pricing and promotional activities.

Handle basic computer-based tasks efficiently, including MS Excel/Google Sheets, email, documentation and online tools.

Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and marketplace support teams whenever required.

Requirements

Prior experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management is mandatory.

Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and similar platforms.

Should know how to onboard a brand, create product listings and manage seller accounts.

Good understanding of E-commerce and Digital Marketing.

Strong computer skills and ability to learn and use new online tools quickly.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Should be dynamic, proactive and solution-oriented.

Ability to independently handle day-to-day online operations.

Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup/brand environment.

Candidates with experience in Cosmetics, Skincare, FMCG or D2C brands will be preferred.

Immediate joiners or candidates who can join at the earliest will be preferred.
