Job Description – Operator (Production) – Yazaki India Pvt. Ltd., Bhayla Plant, Ahmedabad

Under Layam Group

Role: Production Operator

Department: Manufacturing / Wire Harness Production

Qualification:

• 10th / 12th / ITI – All Trades

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech – All Branches

Age Limit: 22 to 35 Years

Work Location: Bhayla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in wire harness production line and support automotive component manufacturing.

• Operate machines and tools as per supervisor instructions.

• Assemble, inspect, and pack components properly.

• Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures.

• Complete assigned production targets within the given timeline.

• Work in shifts (A / B / C / General Shift – 8 hours duty).

Salary & Benefits:

• In-hand Salary: ₹17,500 approx.

• ₹1,000 Attendance Award included

• PF & ESI benefits provided

• Canteen & Transport facility available

• OT: ₹120 per hour

• Sunday Working Allowance: Extra ₹200 per day

• Weekly one day off

Other Details:

• Company bus available on fixed routes

• Dress Code: Formal dress & shoes compulsory

Accommodation Details:

We will assist for Room / PG on sharing basis.

• Rent: ₹1,500 – ₹2,000 per month (to be paid in advance)

• Room Deposit: ₹3,000

• Food arrangement available outside on cash payment

• Canteen facility available only during duty hours inside the plant

• Candidates are requested to bring/arrange their daily-use items
