Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all incoming leads from different sources.
- Record and update lead details in Odoo CRM/ERP.
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales team members.
- Monitor lead follow-ups and ensure timely action by the sales team.
- Track lead status from enquiry to conversion.
- Coordinate with sales executives for pending and active leads.
- Prepare daily/weekly lead status and performance reports.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead databases.
- Follow up on missed, pending, and inactive leads.
- Coordinate with internal departments for quotations, product information, and customer requirements.
- Ensure proper and timely updates in Odoo.
- Identify lead gaps and escalate important issues to the reporting manager.
- Support the sales team in improving lead conversion and follow-up efficiency.
