Job Description

  • Tender Bidding Executive –
  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesSearch and identify relevant Government & Private Tenders.
  • Read and understand tender documents.
  • Prepare and submit online tender bids before deadlines.
  • Coordinate with clients for required documents.
  • Upload bids on GeM and other e-Tender portals.
  • Prepare Technical & Financial Bid documents.
  • Track tender status and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure accurate and error-free bid submission.
  • Maintain tender records and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely submissions.
  • Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
