Job Description

The Sales Manager for Bancassurance will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions. This role involves managing the bancassurance sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building strong relationships with bank partners, conducting training sessions for bank staff on insurance products, and providing ongoing support to enhance sales performance.
