📍 Location: BioMax Safety & Security Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Ashram Road, Usmanpura, Ahmedabad – 380014

💼 Experience: 1+ Year

⏰ Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹21,000 + Incentives

🔍 Job Role:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can efficiently handle customer inquiries and inbound calls while delivering excellent customer service.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email & WhatsApp

• Provide accurate product & service information

• Maintain and update customer records in the system

• Coordinate with sales & technical teams for issue resolution

• Follow up on pending inquiries for timely closure

• Maintain proper call logs and customer data

• Escalate unresolved issues to the Manager

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and collect feedback/Google reviews

✅ Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Professional and polite communication style

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)

• CRM knowledge is a plus

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure

• Strong listening & problem-solving skills
