Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and ticketing systems.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate data.
  • Prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Follow SLA timelines and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Build customer trust and retain customers through effective communication.


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
  • Basic MS Excel knowledge.
  • Experience with WhatsApp support, CRM, or ticketing tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in roster-based shifts.
