We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to grow our LED lighting business. The candidate will be responsible for visiting prospective customers, generating new business opportunities, presenting our LED lighting products, negotiating with clients, closing sales, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit multiple prospective customers, dealers, contractors, builders, architects, electrical consultants, and commercial clients on a regular basis.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Present and explain LED lighting products, technical specifications, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, networking, and market research.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers.
• Convert leads into orders and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Follow up regularly on quotations, enquiries, pending orders, and payments.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and timely delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities, market prices, and customer requirements.
• Maintain daily records of customer visits, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
