Job Description

  • Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and client visits.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Convert inquiries into orders and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate order processing.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new clients.
  • Follow up on payments and outstanding dues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service.
  • Maintain sales reports and update management on sales activities.
