Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a goal-driven, proactive Paytm Sales & Service Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this field role, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchant accounts for Paytm payment solutions (Soundbox, EDC Machines, QR Codes, and Payment Gateways) across key market areas in Ahmedabad, as well as providing ongoing service and relationship support to existing merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchant Acquisition: Onboard retail store owners, merchants, and local businesses in designated Ahmedabad zones to adopt Paytm products (QR code kits, Soundbox, and POS/EDC machines).
• Product Servicing & Support: Visit active merchants to resolve technical issues, replace damaged Paytm hardware (e.g., Soundbox battery/SIM replacements), and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with local business owners to boost transaction volume and cross-sell new Paytm merchant services (e.g., business loans, soundbox upgrades).
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for new merchant installations, service visits, and active payment processing metrics.
• Field Reporting: Track and report daily field activity, merchant feedback, and lead pipelines via internal reporting tools/mobile applications.
