🧾 Job Summary:
You will manage inbound enquiries, prepare techno-commercial quotations, coordinate with OEMs and distributors, and support the field sales team while ensuring smooth order processing and customer follow-ups.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- 📞 Handle inbound sales enquiries for industrial automation products
- 📄 Prepare and share techno-commercial quotations
- 🔁 Follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing & close orders
- 🤝 Coordinate with OEMs / distributors for pricing, availability & lead time
- 🧠 Support field sales team with product selection & documentation
- 🧾 Manage order processing, PI, order confirmation & dispatch
- 📊 Maintain CRM / Excel records of leads, customers & sales status
- 💰 Follow up with customers for payments & delivery schedules
- 🔄 Cross-sell & up-sell automation products to existing clients
- 🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- 🎂 Age: 18 – 30 years
- 👩 Gender: Female
- 🎓 Education: Diploma
- 🗣️ English: Basic English (speaking required)
- 💼 Experience: Minimum 6 months
