Job Description

Dashboard Development & Maintenance

  • Develop and maintain Management Dashboards and MIS Dashboards.
  • Create dashboards for Sales, CRM, HR, Accounts, Collections, Projects and other departments.
  • Develop real-time or automated reports wherever required.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources into centralized dashboards.
  • Add new features, reports and modules to existing dashboards.
  • Ensure dashboard data accuracy and system reliability.

Automation Systems

  • Identify repetitive manual processes and develop automation solutions.
  • Automate lead management, reporting, notifications, follow-ups and internal workflows.
  • Develop automated data collection, processing and reporting systems.
  • Create scheduled jobs, triggers and automated workflows.
  • Reduce manual Excel/Google Sheet-based processes through automation.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities for business process automation.
  • Existing System MaintenanceTake ownership of existing backend, dashboard and automation systems.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Fix bugs and errors reported by users.
  • Maintain existing APIs, integrations and database connections.
  • Perform regular system improvements and upgrades.
  • Ensure minimum downtime and smooth functioning of business applications.

New Development

  • Understand business requirements from Management/HODs.
  • Convert requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop new dashboards, modules, automation systems and internal applications.
  • Plan development, testing and deployment of new features.
  • Conduct testing before releasing new functionality.
  • Provide technical support after implementation.
