Office Boy

A Delivery and Technician Boy (Delivery Executive) handles the timely, safe transportation of products and provides basic on-site installation, setup, or repair services. Key duties include navigating routes, loading/unloading goods, performing technical installations, educating customers on product usage, and collecting payments or signatures. 

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery & Logistics: Safely transporting, loading, and unloading products, checking inventory, and navigating routes to ensure on-time delivery.
• Technical Support: Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining products (e.g., cleaning machinery, Diffusers, Dispensers) in customer homes or offices.
• Customer Service: Demonstrating product functionality, answering technical questions, handling complaints, and obtaining customer feedback.
• Documentation & Cash Handling: Recording deliveries, collecting payments, and updating service reports.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and functional company vehicle. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• License & Experience: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Owned 2 wheelers is preferable.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of electronics or mechanical installation.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills for interacting with customers.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy,, or fragile items.
• Time Management: Ability to plan routes and meet strict deadlines. 

Physical Requirements

• Long hours of driving or riding.
• Lifting, pushing, and carrying packages.
• Standing, bending, and working on-site for installations.
