મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ:
ઓફિસમાં ચા, પાણી અને નાસ્તો સર્વ કરવો.
ઓફિસના દસ્તાવેજો, ફાઇલો અને અન્ય વસ્તુઓ એક વિભાગથી બીજા વિભાગમાં પહોંચાડવી.
ઓફિસની દૈનિક સફાઈ અને હાઉસકીપિંગનું કામ કરવું.
ઓફિસ, કેબિન, કોમન એરિયા અને અન્ય જગ્યાઓ સ્વચ્છ રાખવી.
ટેબલ, ખુરશી, ગ્લાસ, કપ વગેરેની વ્યવસ્થા અને સફાઈ જાળવવી.
કચરો યોગ્ય જગ્યાએ નાખવો અને ઓફિસની સ્વચ્છતા જાળવવી.
જરૂરિયાત મુજબ બહારના નાના-મોટા ઓફિસ કામ અને દસ્તાવેજ/પાર્સલ પહોંચાડવાનું કામ કરવું.
ઓફિસમાં જરૂરી સામાનની ઉપલબ્ધતા અંગે જાણ કરવી.
કંપનીના કર્મચારીઓ અને મુલાકાતીઓને જરૂરી સહાય કરવી.
મેનેજમેન્ટ દ્વારા સોંપવામાં આવેલ અન્ય દૈનિક કામ સમયસર પૂર્ણ કરવું.
જરૂરી લાયકાત:
શિક્ષણ: 10મું/12મું પાસ.
સમાન પદનો અનુભવ હોય તો પ્રાધાન્ય આપવામાં આવશે.
મહેનતુ, જવાબદાર અને વિશ્વસનીય હોવા જોઈએ.
ગુજરાતી અને હિન્દી ભાષાનું સામાન્ય જ્ઞાન જરૂરી.
સ્વચ્છતા અને હાઉસકીપિંગનું ધ્યાન રાખવાની સારી ટેવ હોવી જોઈએ.
કંપનીના નિયમો અને શિસ્તનું પાલન કરવાની ક્ષમતા.
