Job Description

● Research and identify potential client leads through various online platforms and channels.

● Call the leads and fetch their requirements.

● Share property options according to the client's requirement.

● Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients and sales managers.

● Take regular follow-ups with sales executives to track the progress of shared leads.

● Update and manage customer data in CRM/Excel sheets.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships.

● Coordinate with developers and internal sales teams for inventory updates.

● Preparing documents for each real estate transaction whenever required.
