Territory Sales Executive (TSE) - Job Description
Paradise Markcom Pvt Ltd, a Samsung authorized mobile distributor in Gujarat with 300+ dealer network, is hiring a Territory Sales Executive for field sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail dealers daily as per beat plan and ensure regular market coverage
- Take orders from dealers and coordinate with the sales team for timely delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers
- Onboard new dealers in the assigned territory to expand market reach
- Communicate ongoing Samsung schemes, offers and promotions to dealers
- Track dealer stock levels, sales performance and market feedback
- Ensure proper display and visibility of Samsung products at dealer outlets
- Report daily field activity and sales numbers to the reporting manager
- Resolve dealer queries related to schemes, claims and product issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (mobile/FMCG/telecom industry preferred)
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Basic English, fluent in Hindi and/or Gujarati
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory
