Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Field Channel and Tele Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, providing information about products/services, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit and build network of Channel Partners including stock brokers, Chartered Accountants and bank
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
• Excellent communication skills in [languages required – e.g., Gujrati, English and Hindi].
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Positive attitude and target-driven approach.
