Job Description

  • Quotation & Proposal Management: Draft, verify, and follow up on sales quotations and client proposals.
  • 📞 Client Assistance: Timely and professional response to incoming online, email, and phone inquiries.
  • 🤝 Inter-departmental Coordination: Bridge the gap between clients and internal teams to deliver optimal service within budget and time constraints.
  • 📈 Sales Strategy & Reporting: Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate performance, prepare progress reports, and assist in strategic planning.

🗓️ Administrative Support: Keep schedules, maintain documentation, and track ongoing sales activities to maximize team efficiency.
