Job Description
Sales Manager – Dholera Plot & Land SalesWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team for Dholera SIR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert prospects into sales for residential, commercial and industrial plots.
- Handle customer inquiries, site visits and property presentations.
- Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
- Conduct and manage site visits at Dholera projects.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Stay updated about Dholera SIR developments, infrastructure and market trends.
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably plots/land.
- Experience in Dholera SIR / plotted development will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Good knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati; English communication is an advantage.
